    Formulierungen wie „Was in deinem Fall gilt …“ ersetzt: Roter Stöckelschuh beschreibt allgemeine Regeln und beurteilt keinen Einzelfall. Auch der Ergebnistitel des Rechtswegweisers lautet jetzt „Diese Regeln gelten grundsätzlich“.

  2. CorrectionRights

    Rechtswegweiser: Hinweis zu § 184g StGB präzisiert. Strafbar ist Prostitution danach nur, wenn sie Personen unter 18 Jahren sittlich gefährdet – zum Beispiel in der Nähe von Schulen.
